BETREIBERVERANTWORTUNG IM FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Betreiber von Gebäuden, Anlagen, Einrichtungen oder Liegenschaften tragen große Verantwortung. Da ist es mehr als sinnvoll, mögliche Risiken zu bedenken – und zu beherrschen. Denn Leben, Gesundheit und Eigentum sind rechtlich geschützte Güter, die der Betreiber durch sorgfältiges und achtsames Handeln zu schützen hat. Und zwar im Vorfeld.
Betreiberverantwortung ist gesetzlich verankert. Sinn und Zweck der Verantwortung als Betreiber ist es, durch aufmerksames und fachkundiges Handeln Sicherheit für alle Beteiligten zu schaffen. Sicherheit ist das Ergebnis wohldurchdachter Organisation. Dabei ist jede Maßnahme zur Sicherheit zu erarbeiten, umzusetzen, zu prüfen – und regelmäßig zu aktualisieren. Denn auch Gesetze verändern sich und mit ihnen die gesetzlichen, behördlichen und vertraglichen Pflichten des Betreibers.
